We stand behind our tools. They are built for real life. They are built to help you and your family get out fast. Read this section before you ship anything back. It will save you time.

Lifetime Replacement for Used Units

If you used The Cut N Go or a Good Samaritan unit in a real emergency, we will replace it for free. Tell us your story by email or phone. Include the date, location, and what happened. We may ask for the original tool for review. This helps us learn and improve. We will send the replacement once your claim is confirmed. There is no hidden fine print. You helped someone. We will help you.

Full Refund for Uninstalled, Unused Products

If you changed your mind and the product has never been installed, you can request a refund. Contact support with your order number. We will give you return instructions. We inspect returns to confirm they were never installed. Please allow a short review window after the package arrives at our facility. Once approved, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Installed and Removed Units Not Returnable

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that were installed and then removed. If you have questions about fit or installation, reach out to us before opening the package. We are happy to help you choose the right option for your seats and setup.
